①Payment must be made by credit card or in cash. The estimated treatment cost will be explained to you before treatment. If you are not a resident of Japan and are unable to make payment, we may decline to provide treatment.
付款方式为信用卡支付或现金支付。治疗前，我们会告知您预计的治疗费用。如果您不是日本居民且无法支付治疗费用，我们可能会拒绝为您提供治疗。
クレジットカード払いもしくは現金でのお支払いになります。治療前に治療費概算はお伝えします。日本在住で無くお支払いができない場合は施術をお断りする場合があります。
②For a medical certificate required for an insurance claim related to your travel insurance, the fee is ¥2,750 for a Japanese-language certificate and ¥3,300 for a foreign-language certificate (AI translation). The certificate will be provided from approximately half a day later, either in person or as a PDF image sent by email. Immediate issuance is not available.
如需用于旅行保险理赔的诊断证明书，日文版费用为2,750日元，外语版（AI翻译）费用为3,300日元。诊断证明书将在约半天后提供，可以现场领取，也可以通过电子邮件以PDF图片形式发送。无法即时出具。

Our clinic is located just a few minutes on foot from Namba Station on the subway and Nankai Railway lines. We are on the 3rd floor of the building shown in the photo. Please look for the signboard in front of the building.
